At TERRAINCOGNITA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
